- Returns & Replacements
- At Premier Art Inc., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Although we make every effort to display products as true to life as possible, please keep in mind that colors may appear differently on your computer screen than in reality. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, please contact us at shop@premierart.net.com within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
. Due to the uniqueness of many products, especially original artwork, we may not be able to replace the item with the exact item purchased. Original Artwork will only be supplied with an exchange, not a refund. Please note: Custom and special orders are not returnable.
